All of our rides are published on Facebook.
Generally around the 30 mile distance at the pace of the slowest cyclist so we can all help each other.
The aim will be to work on absolute basics and to everyone's level and thoughtout the course improve your cycling fitness.
All that is required is a bike, and a sense of adventure.
